A base station apparatus comprising:

• a transmission unit that transmits a signal of a first frame structure used in a prescribed carrier frequency band, and a signal of a second frame structure used in a frequency band higher than the prescribed carrier frequency band,
• wherein the signal of the first frame structure is transmitted in a primary cell, and the signal of the second frame structure is transmitted in a secondary cell, and
• wherein at least the numbers of FFT points are different from each other in the first frame structure and the second frame structure.

A communication method of a terminal device comprising:

• a reception step of receiving a signal of a first frame structure in a prescribed carrier frequency band, and receiving a signal of a second frame structure in a carrier frequency band higher than the prescribed frequency band,
• wherein the signal of the first frame structure is received from a primary cell, and the signal of the second frame structure is received from a secondary cell, and
• wherein at least the numbers of FFT points are different from each other in the first frame structure and the second frame structure.

A communication method of a base station apparatus comprising:

• a transmission step of transmitting a signal of a first frame structure used in a prescribed carrier frequency band, and a signal of a second frame structure used in a frequency band higher than the prescribed carrier frequency band,
• wherein the signal of the first frame structure is transmitted in a primary cell, and the signal of the second frame structure is transmitted in a secondary cell.
