Delivering media content to a content consuming user

A device for a content delivery system for delivering media content, comprising:

• an input configured to receive audience data for a media asset from users of a plurality of user devices;
• a processor for determining if the audience data exceeds a threshold;
• and
• a component for determining a time interval of the media asset as a key moment in dependence on the threshold being exceeded for the audience data within that time interval.

A method for a content delivery system for delivering media content, comprising:

• receiving audience data for a media asset from users of a plurality of user devices;
• determining if the audience data exceeds a threshold;
• and
• determining a time interval as being a key moment in dependence on the threshold being exceeded within that time interval.
