Method and system for managing servers across plurality of data centres of an enterprise

A server management system for managing servers across plurality of data centres of an enterprise comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the memory stores processor instructions, which, on execution, causes the processor to:
• retrieve server related data and network related data from a plurality of data centres;
• correlate the server related data with the network related data to obtain communication data;
• generate a communication matrix based on the communication data, wherein the communication matrix represents a relationship between the servers across the plurality of data centres;
• and
• create one or more views of the servers of the plurality of data centres based on the identified communication matrix to manage the servers across the plurality of data centres.

A non-transitory computer readable medium including instruction stored thereon that when processed by at least one processor cause a server management system to perform operation comprising:

• retrieving server related data and network related data from a plurality of data centres;
• correlating the server related data with the network related data to obtain communication data;
• generating a communication matrix based on the communication data, wherein the communication matrix represents a relationship between the servers across the plurality of data centres;
• and
• creating one or more views of the servers of the plurality of data centres based on the identified communication matrix to manage the servers across the plurality of data centres.
