Abstract
A method and apparatus for configuring UE transmit antenna selection in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receiving a configuration of UE transmit antenna selection from a network, and determines whether to apply the configuration of UE transmit antenna selection according to a configuration of dual connectivity. When the configuration of dual connectivity is not received from the network, it is determined to apply the configuration UE transmit antenna selection.

A method for configuring, by a user equipment (UE), UE transmit antenna selection in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving a configuration of UE transmit antenna selection from a network;
- and
- determining whether to apply the configuration of UE transmit antenna selection according to a configuration of dual connectivity.
A user equipment (UE) comprising:
- a memory;
- a transceiver;
- and
- a processor coupled to the memory and the transceiver, and configured to:
- receive a configuration of UE transmit antenna selection from a network;
- and
- determine whether to apply the configuration of UE transmit antenna selection according to a configuration of dual connectivity.
