• a semiconductor substrate;
• a transparent substrate overlapping with the semiconductor substrate;
• an effective pixel region including a plurality of photoelectric conversion regions located in the semiconductor substrate and a microlens layer;
• an end region including a scribe region;
• and
• a transition region including a dummy lens layer and located between the effective pixel region and the end region,
• wherein,
• an organic material layer is between the dummy lens layer and the transparent substrate and extends from the transition region to the end region.

An electric apparatus comprising:

• a lens;
• a signal processing circuit;
• and
• a package including:
• a semiconductor substrate;
• a transparent substrate overlapping with the semiconductor substrate;
• an effective pixel region including a plurality of photoelectric conversion regions located in the semiconductor substrate and a microlens layer;
• an end region including a scribe region;
• and
• a transition region including a dummy lens layer and located between the effective pixel region and the end region,
• wherein,
• an organic material layer is between the dummy lens layer and the transparent substrate and extends from the transition region to the end region.
