Abstract
A device to produce personalized mixtures of substances intended to obtain and optimize beverages for a specific individual or user, includes a plurality of containers of basic substances, at least a measuring device and management and control means. The device is associated to the management and control means configured to carry out instructions regarding personalized formulas that express univocal sensory profiles or profiles functional to the specific needs of a specific individual or user.

Device to produce personalized mixtures of substances intended to obtain and optimize beverages for a specific individual or user, comprising a plurality of containers of basic substances, at least a measuring device and management and control means, wherein said device is associated to a management and control means configured to carry out instructions regarding personalized formulas that express univocal sensory profiles or profiles functional to the specific needs of a specific individual or user.
Method to generate personalized formulas of mixtures for univocal users, wherein said formulas are generated through replies provided by the specific user to a plurality of questions, the user being enabled to complete the formula with the operating functions to be adapted in order to obtain the beverage and/or with the supplements to be introduced into the beverage.
Method to obtain a personalized beverage starting from the formula of the personalized mixture, wherein said subject to the specific instructions that the specific user introduces into the formulas such as the operating functions connected to the process comprising the realization of the mixtures until the complete beverage, ready to be consumed, is obtained.
