Abstract
A method, apparatus and computer program product provide a visualization interface. An example of the method includes receiving a first set of clinical data associated with one or more patients, formatting the first set of clinical data for inclusion in a data object, processing the data object to generate a set of derived data, generating a visualization interface comprising at least one component of the formatted data and the derived data, and causing output of the visualization interface.
Claims20
A method for implementing a computer visualization interface, the method comprising:
- receiving a first set of clinical data associated with one or more patients;
- formatting the first set of clinical data for inclusion in a data object;
- processing the data object to generate a set of derived data;
- generating a visualization interface comprising at least one component of the formatted data and the derived data;
- and
- causing output of the visualization interface.
An apparatus for implementing a computer visualization interface, the apparatus comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing instructions executed by the processor to configure the processor to:
- receive a first set of clinical data associated with one or more patients;
- format the first set of clinical data for inclusion in a data object;
- process the data object to generate a set of derived data;
- generate a visualization interface comprising at least one component of the formatted data and the derived data;
- and
- cause output of the visualization interface.
The apparatus of claim 19 further configured to:
- receive a second set of clinical data associated with the one or more patients;
- format the second set of clinical data for inclusion in the data object;
- and
- add the formatted second set of clinical data to the data object.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to at least:
- receive a first set of clinical data associated with one or more patients;
- format the first set of clinical data for inclusion in a data object;
- process the data object to generate a set of derived data;
- generate a visualization interface comprising at least one component of the formatted data and the derived data;
- and
- cause output of the visualization interface.
