Abstract
A position detection apparatus includes a projection unit that projects an image, a radiation unit that radiates light, a detection unit that detects reflected light of the light radiated from the radiation unit, and an output control unit that performs control for outputting information corresponding to a detection position of the reflected light based on a detection result from the detection unit when a radiation direction of the light radiated from the radiation unit is adjusted.

A position detection apparatus comprising:
- a projection unit that projects an image;
- a radiation unit that radiates light;
- a detection unit that detects reflected light of the light radiated from the radiation unit;
- and
- an output control unit that performs control for outputting information corresponding to a detection position of the reflected light based on a detection result from the detection unit when a radiation direction of the light radiated from the radiation unit is adjusted.
