Temperature control device

A battery arrangement, comprising:

• a temperature control device having:
• a temperature control structure through which a fluid is flowable, the temperature control structure having at least one first pipe wall defining an interior;
• at least one thermoelectric module, which on a side facing away from the interior chamber of the temperature control structure is arranged on the at least one first pipe wall;
• wherein the thermoelectric module includes at least two rows of elements each with at least two thermoelectric elements;
• wherein the at least two rows of elements each extends along an extension direction;
• wherein the at least two thermoelectric elements of a first of the at least two rows of elements are electrically connected in series for forming a first electric branch conductor, and the at least two thermoelectric elements of at least a second of the at least two rows of elements are electrically connected in series for forming a second electric branch conductor;
• and
• wherein in at least one row of elements, an electric switch is provided, the electric switch being switchable between a closed state and an opened state;
• and
• at least one battery including a battery cell, wherein the at least one battery cell is arranged on a side of the at least one thermoelectric module of the temperature control device facing away from the temperature control structure.
