Abstract
A nucleic acid-binding solid-phase carrier includes a magnetic particle of an amorphous metal containing Fe, Cr, Si, and B, and a silicon oxide film provided on the surface of the magnetic particle.

A nucleic acid-binding solid-phase carrier, comprising:
- a magnetic particle of an amorphous metal containing Fe, Cr, Si, and B;
- and
- a silicon oxide film provided on the surface of the magnetic particle.
