Abstract
An aqueous ink composition contains an organic solvent, a surfactant, and resin fine particles. The resin of the resin fine particles takes 500 minutes or more to melt at 40° C. with the surfactant.

An aqueous ink composition comprising:
- an organic solvent;
- a surfactant;
- and
- resin fine particles made of a resin, the resin taking a time A to melt at 40° C. with the surfactant, the time A being 500 minutes or more.
