Abstract
A honeycomb core construction that includes at least two honeycomb cores and a connection layer that is disposed between the honeycomb cores. The connection layer is configured so as to be gas-permeable, and has an adhesive for adhesively bonding to the honeycomb cores only in a region of the webs of the honeycomb cores.

A honeycomb core construction, comprising:
- at least two honeycomb having webs;
- and
- a connection layer having a gas-permeable structure that is disposed between the honeycomb cores, the connection layer having an adhesive for adhesively bonding to the honeycomb cores only in the region of the webs.
A method for producing a honeycomb core, the method comprising:
- providing at least two honeycomb cores having webs, and a connection layer having a gas-permeable structure;
- and
- joining the honeycomb cores with the connection layer disposed therebetween in a stack.
A sandwich component, comprising:
- a honeycomb core construction that has at least two honeycomb having webs, and a connection layer having a gas-permeable structure that is disposed between the honeycomb cores, the connection layer having an adhesive for adhesively bonding to the honeycomb cores only in the region of the webs;
- and
- a fibrous material that is sheathed over at least one side of the honeycomb core construction, wherein the fibrous material is impregnated with a matrix.
