Abstract
According to one embodiment, a rotating state of a second motor is transmitted to a second roll as it is. A posture of a rotation central axis of the second motor is maintained constant. A changed state of the second roll is not transmitted to the second motor. Thereby, the second roll is rotated with timing identical to the rotating state of the second motor.
Claims13
A sheet/film forming roll apparatus comprising a first roll and a second roll configured to be rotatable in opposition to each other, and configured to feed a molten resin into a part between the first roll and the second roll to thereby form a sheet or a film, comprising:
- a first motor configured to rotate the first roll;
- a second motor including a rotating part on which a plurality of permanent magnets are arranged, and configured to rotate the second roll;
- a push-pull unit capable of moving the first roll toward or away from the second roll;
- and
- a power transmission mechanism configured to transmit a rotating state of the second motor as it is to the second roll without changing the rotating state to thereby rotate the second roll with timing identical to the rotating state of the second motor.
A sheet/film forming method using a sheet/film forming roll apparatus including a first roll and a second roll configured to be rotatable in opposition to each other, and configured to feed a molten resin into a part between the first roll and the second roll to thereby form a sheet or a film, comprising:
- rotating the first roll by means of a first motor;
- rotating the second roll by means of a second motor including a rotating part on which a plurality of permanent magnets are arranged;
- and
- transmitting, by means of a power transmission mechanism, a rotating state of the second motor as it is to the second roll without changing the rotating state to thereby rotate the second roll with timing identical to the rotating state of the second motor.
A sheet/film forming roll apparatus comprising a first roll and a second roll configured to be rotatable in opposition to each other, and configured to feed a molten resin into a part between the first roll and the second roll to thereby form a sheet or a film, comprising:
- a first motor configured to rotate the first roll;
- a second motor including a rotating part on which a plurality of permanent magnets are arranged, and configured to rotate the second roll;
- a push-pull unit capable of moving the first roll toward or away from the second roll;
- and
- a power transmission mechanism configured to couple the second motor and the second roll to each other, wherein
- the power transmission mechanism includes an intermediate shaft part, and two shaft couplings,
- the one shaft coupling couples the second motor and the intermediate shaft part to each other,
- the other shaft coupling couples the second roll and the intermediate shaft part to each other, and
- a changed state of the rotating shaft of the second roll occurring when the first roll is moved toward or away from the second roll is absorbed and removed by the intermediate shaft part being inclined with the one shaft coupling used as a base point, whereby the posture of the rotating shaft of the second motor is maintained constant at all times.
A sheet/film forming method using a sheet/film forming roll apparatus including a first roll and a second roll configured to be rotatable in opposition to each other, and configured to feed a molten resin into a part between the first roll and the second roll to thereby form a sheet or a film,
- comprising:
- rotating the first roll by means of a first motor;
- transmitting a rotating state of a second motor including a rotating part on which a plurality of permanent magnets are arranged to the second roll by means of a power transmission mechanism including an intermediate shaft part and two shaft couplings;
- moving the first roll toward or away from the second roll by means of a push-pull unit;
- and
- absorbing and removing a changed state of the rotating shaft of the second roll occurring when the first roll is moved toward or away from the second roll by means of the intermediate shaft part being inclined with the one shaft coupling used as a base point to thereby maintain the posture of the rotating shaft of the second motor constant at all times.
