Ultrasonic Welding Device

An ultrasonic welding device for ultrasonic welding of members to be welded comprising:

• a vibrator for generating ultrasonic vibration;
• an ultrasonic horn connected to the vibrator, having an attachment surface in an opposite side of the vibrator, and transmitting the ultrasonic vibration generated by the vibrator;
• a horn chip having an attachment surface at a base side and tip surface, connected to the attachment surface of the ultrasonic horn;
• and
• a connecting member being provided between the ultrasonic horn and the horn chip for connecting the ultrasonic horn and the horn chip, wherein
• the attachment surface of the ultrasonic horn has a first screw part,
• an attachment surface of the horn chip at a base side has a second screw part,
• the connecting member has a third screw part, which is screwed with the first screw portion, in one side and has a fourth screw part, which is screwed with the second screw portion, in an other side,
• the ultrasonic horn and the horn chip are attached by the connecting member so that the attachment surface of the ultrasonic horn and the attachment surface of the horn chip are pressed to each other, and
• the members are welded by contacting the tip surface with the member and transmitting the ultrasonic vibration to the members.
