A recording-period detecting unit 23 determines a timing identified from the certain image selected by the detected operation as a start point for recording of an image representing the proceedings of the game. A play-video recording control unit 15 controls recording of the image representing the proceedings of the game during a duration following the start point on the basis of the saved log data.
