Abstract
The present invention provides compositions, devices, and methods for the coordinated delivery of transplant material and immune suppressors for control of transplant rejection. In particular embodiments, immune suppression cells (e.g., regulatory T cells) and transplant material (e.g., cells, tissue, etc.) are provided within a delivery scaffold for transplant into a subject.

A system comprising:
- (a) a delivery scaffold;
- (b) transplantable material;
- and
- (c) immune suppression cells.

A method for enhancing the incorporation of transplant material into a subject comprising:
- (a) providing the transplant material and immune suppression cells on or within a delivery scaffold;
- and
- (b) transplanting the delivery scaffold into a transplantation site on a subject.
