Systems and methods for passive wire management

A housing for an ultrasound imaging system comprising:

• an arm mount coupled to a front side of a housing, the arm mount configured to traverse along a vertical track, wherein the arm mount is configured to adjust at least one of a rotational position, a tilt angle, or a vertical position of a display;
• a connector port coupled to a back side of the housing;
• and
• a base and a cable manage passage positioned at opposing ends of the housing, the cable manage passage extending along two orthogonal directions, the cable manage passage including an entry aperture along a first orthogonal direction and an exiting aperture along a second orthogonal direction, wherein the connector port is proximate to the exiting aperture.
