Abstract
A first photoelectric conversion unit is arranged in one end portion of a pixel, and a second photoelectric conversion unit is arranged in the other end portion of the pixel. A third photoelectric conversion unit is arranged in a center portion of the pixel. A length of the third photoelectric conversion unit in a predetermined direction is shorter than a length of the first photoelectric conversion unit and the second photoelectric conversion unit.
Claims13
An imaging sensor comprising:
- a plurality of pixels two-dimensionally arranged on a substrate;
- a first photoelectric conversion unit arranged in one end portion of a first pixel;
- a second photoelectric conversion unit that faces the first photoelectric conversion unit in a first direction and that is arranged in the other end portion of the first pixel;
- and
- a third photoelectric conversion unit arranged in a center portion of a second pixel,
- wherein a ratio of a length of the third photoelectric conversion unit with respect to a length of the second pixel in a second direction corresponding to a direction orthogonal to the first direction is lower than a ratio of a length of the first photoelectric conversion unit and the second photoelectric conversion unit with respect to a length of the first pixel.

An imaging sensor comprising:
- a micro lens array in which a plurality of micro lens group constituted by a plurality of micro lenses arranged along a first direction are arranged along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction;
- and
- a plurality of photoelectric conversion units arranged so as to overlap the plurality of respective micro lenses in a plan view,
- the micro lens including
- a first end portion and
- a second end portion arranged in a manner that a center of the micro lens is put in between the first end portion and the second end portion in the first direction, and
- the plurality of photoelectric conversion units including
- a first photoelectric conversion unit arranged so as to overlap the first end portion,
- a second photoelectric conversion unit arranged so as to overlap the second end portion, and
- a third photoelectric conversion unit arranged so as to overlap the center of the micro lens,
- wherein a length of the third photoelectric conversion unit in the second direction is shorter than a length of the first photoelectric conversion unit and the second photoelectric conversion unit.

A moving body comprising:
- an imaging sensor comprising:
- a plurality of pixels two-dimensionally arranged on a substrate;
- a first photoelectric conversion unit arranged in one end portion of a first pixel;
- a second photoelectric conversion unit that faces the first photoelectric conversion unit in a first direction and that is arranged in the other end portion of the first pixel;
- and
- a third photoelectric conversion unit arranged in a center portion of a second pixel,
- wherein a ratio of a length of the third photoelectric conversion unit with respect to a length of the second pixel in a second direction corresponding to a direction orthogonal to the first direction is lower than a ratio of a length of the first photoelectric conversion unit and the second photoelectric conversion unit with respect to a length of the first pixel;
- a distance information obtaining unit configured to obtain distance information to a target object on a basis of an parallax image based on a signal from the imaging sensor;
- and
- a control unit configured to control the moving body on a basis of the distance information.
