Abstract
An electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body having a dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer including a conductive polymer. The solid electrolyte layer includes the conductive polymer, an anion, and a cation. The anion is an anion corresponding to at least one acid selected from the group consisting of a phosphorus-containing oxoacid, sulfuric acid, and a carboxylic acid. The cation is a nitrogen-containing cation.
Claims19
An electrolytic capacitor comprising:
- an anode body having a dielectric layer;
- and
- a solid electrolyte layer including a conductive polymer, wherein:
- the solid electrolyte layer includes the conductive polymer, an anion, and a cation,
- the anion is an anion corresponding to at least one acid selected from the group consisting of a phosphorus-containing oxoacid, sulfuric acid, and a carboxylic acid, and
- the cation is a nitrogen-containing cation.
A method for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor, the method comprising impregnating an anode body having a dielectric layer with a dispersion containing a conductive polymer, a solvent, an anion, and a cation, wherein:
- the anion is an anion corresponding to at least one acid selected from the group consisting of a phosphorus-containing oxoacid, sulfuric acid, and a carboxylic acid, and
- the cation is a nitrogen-containing cation.
A method for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor, the method comprising:
