Abstract
A system is described that directly associates issue tracker functionality via an annotation, and a graphical representation of a set of data points. This system may be applied to collaborative workflow processes including issue tracking.

A computer system which directly associates an annotation and a graphical representation of a set of data points comprising:
- 1. a data source of graphical information
- 2. a computing system that provides the ability to view said graphical information and input annotation information related to said graphical information
- 3. memory to store said annotation information
- 4. a program set that can associate said graphical information with said annotation information
- 5. any aspects of an issue tracking system.

- 1. displaying graphical data
- 2. indicating a range of graphical data
- 3. setting attributes and annotations that will be associated with said range
