Abstract
A data transmitting method for a memory storage device is provided. The method includes: detecting a temperature of the memory storage device; and determining whether the temperature of the memory storage device is greater than a temperature threshold. If the temperature is greater than the temperature threshold, first data is written into a rewritable non-volatile memory module within a first delay time according to a delay count corresponding to a unit temperature.
Claims27
A data transmitting method for a memory storage device having a rewritable non-volatile memory module, comprising:
- detecting a temperature of the memory storage device;
- determining whether the temperature of the memory storage device is greater than a temperature threshold;
- writing first data into the rewritable non-volatile memory module within a first delay time according to a delay count corresponding to a unit temperature if the temperature is greater than the temperature threshold.
A memory control circuit unit for controlling a rewritable non-volatile memory module of a memory storage device, and the memory control circuit unit comprises:
- a host interface, configured to couple to a host system;
- a memory interface, configured to couple to the rewritable non-volatile memory module;
- and
- a memory management circuit, coupled to the host interface and the memory interface, and configured to detect a temperature of the memory management circuit,
- wherein the memory management circuit is further configured to determine whether the temperature of the memory storage device is greater than a temperature threshold,
- wherein the memory management circuit is further configured to issue a first write command which instructs to write first data into the rewritable non-volatile memory module within a first delay time according to a delay count corresponding to a unit temperature if the temperature is greater than the temperature threshold.
A memory storage device, comprising:
- a connection interface unit, configured to couple to a host system;
- a rewritable non-volatile memory module;
- and
- a memory control circuit unit, coupled to the connection interface unit and the rewritable non-volatile memory module, wherein the memory control circuit unit is configured to detect a temperature of the memory management circuit,
- wherein the memory control circuit unit is further configured to determine whether the temperature of the memory storage device is greater than a temperature threshold,
- wherein the memory control circuit unit is further configured to issue a first write command which instructs to write first data into the rewritable non-volatile memory module within a first delay time according to a delay count corresponding to a unit temperature if the temperature is greater than the temperature threshold.
