Display control device and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having program recorded thereon

A display control device, comprising:

• a display;
• a touch panel attached to the display;
• and
• a display controller having a processor and a storage section storing therein a control program, wherein
• through the processor executing the control program, the display controller controls the display based on an operation performed on the touch panel,
• the display controller determines whether or not the touch panel has detected a tool display operation performed when the display displays a partial image of an entire image,
• upon determining that the touch panel has detected the tool display operation, the display controller controls the display to display a move operation tool,
• the display controller determines whether or not the touch panel has detected a move operation performed through operation of the move operation tool, and
• upon determining that the touch panel has detected the move operation performed through operation of the move operation tool, the display controller controls the display to display a different partial image of the entire image based on the move operation.
