• R1 is independently selected from:
• phenyl and a 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl comprising carbon atoms and 1-4 heteroatoms selected from N, NRb, O, and S(O)p;
• wherein said phenyl and heteroaryl are substituted with 0-4 R5;
• L1 is independently —CH2CH2—, —CH2OCH2—, —CH2O— or —OCH2—;
• L2 is independently a bond or —CH2—;
• R2, at each occurrence, is independently selected from:
• halogen, C1-6 alkyl substituted with 0-1 Ra, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 alkylthio, C1-4 haloalkyl, and C1-4 haloalkoxy;
• R3 and R4, at each occurrence, are independently selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, and C1-4 haloalkyl;
• R5 at each occurrence, is independently selected from:
• halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkylthio, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 haloalkoxy, —O—C2-6 alkenyl, SO2(C1-4 alkyl), and —(O)0-1—(CH2)0-2—R6;
• alternatively, two R5 groups, when they are attached to two adjacent carbon atoms and together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, combine to form a 5- to 6-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring comprising carbon atoms and 0-3 heteroatoms selected from N, NRb, O, and S(O)p;
• wherein said heterocycle is substituted with 0-2 Rc;
• R6 is independently selected from:
• C3-6 carbocycle and a 5- to 6-membered heterocycle comprising carbon atoms and 1-4 heteroatoms selected from N, NRb, O, and S;
• wherein said carbocycle and heterocycle are substituted with 0-3 Rc;
• Ra, at each occurrence, is independently selected from:
• C1-4 alkoxy and C(═O)H;
• Rb, at each occurrence, is independently selected from:
• H, C1-4 alkyl, and —(CH2)0-2-phenyl;
• Rc, at each occurrence, is independently selected from:
• halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 alkylthio, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 haloalkoxy, CO2(C1-4 alkyl), and COPh;
• m is independently 0, 1, or 2;
• and
• p is, independently at each occurrence, selected from 0, 1, and 2.
