Process for producing 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene

A composition comprising CX2═CCl—CH2X (I) wherein X is independently selected from F, Cl, Br, and I, provided that at least one X is not fluorine;

• and a compound selected from the group consisting of trichlorofluoropropene (1231), dichlorodifluoropropene (1232), 1,2-dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (1223xd), 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (1233xf), 3,3,3,2-tetralluoroprop-1ene (1234yf), 2-chloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropane (244bb), 1,1,1,2,2-pentafluoropropane (HFC-245cb), 1,1,1,2,3-pentafluoropropane (245eb), tetrachlorofluoropropane (241), trichlorodifluoropropane (242), dichlorotrifluoropropane (243) and combinations thereof, wherein said compound is present in an amount ranging from 0.1 to 99.9 wt %.
