Abstract
A lead-free sealing glass and a manufacture method thereof are provided. The lead-free sealing glass includes: 30 wt %-60 wt % of SiO2, 10 wt %-30 wt % of BaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of Na2O, 1 wt %-10 wt % of K2O, 2 wt %-10 wt % of V2O5, 5 wt %-10 wt % of CaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of Al2O3, 0 wt %-5 wt % of B2O3, 1 wt %-3 wt % of Fe2O3, and 0-5 wt % of alkaline earth metal oxide.
Claims20
A lead-free sealing glass, comprising:
- 30 wt %-60 wt % of SiO2, 10 wt %-30 wt % of BaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of Na2O, 1 wt %-10 wt % of K2O, 2 wt %-10 wt % of V2O5, 5 wt %-10 wt % of CaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of Al2O3, 0 wt %-5 wt % of B2O3, 1 wt %-3 wt % of Fe2O3, and 0 wt %-5 wt % of alkaline earth metal oxide.
A manufacture method of a lead-free sealing glass, comprising:
- mixing, melting and cooling 30 wt %-60 wt % of SiO2, 10 wt %-30 wt % of BaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of Na2O, 1 wt %-10 wt % of K2O, 2 wt %-10 wt % of V2O5, 5 wt %-10 wt % of CaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of Al2O3, 0 wt %-5 wt % of B2O3, 1 wt %-3 wt % of Fe2O3, and 0-5 wt % of alkaline earth metal oxide to obtain the lead-free sealing glass.
