Power modules and pin thereof

A power module, comprising at least three circuit modules which are vertically stacked, and a pin,

• the three power modules including a first circuit module, a second circuit module and a third circuit module, wherein at least one of the first circuit module, the second circuit module and the third circuit module is a power circuit module, and the power circuit module comprises at least one power switch for power supply conversion;
• the pin led out from the first circuit module and further comprising:
• a main body, an upper part of which is electrically connected with the first circuit module;
• a first connection surface provided at a middle part of the main body and electrically connected with the second circuit module;
• a second connection surface provided at a terminal of the main body and electrically connected with the third circuit module.
