User equipment, network side device, and method for sending dpcch

A network side device, comprising:

• a transmitter, configured to send indication information to a user equipment (UE), wherein the indication information indicates the UE activates a second carrier of DC-HSUPA and periodically sends a DPCCH;
• and
• a receiver, configured to receive the uplink DPCCH periodically sent by the UE on the second carrier of the DC-HSUPA.

The method according to claim, 10, wherein the method further comprises:

• intercepting a corresponding downlink DPCCH or a corresponding downlink fractional dedicated physical channel (F-DPCH) at a moment when an uplink DPCCH is sent, wherein the downlink DPCCH or the downlink F-DPCH comprises a power adjustment indication for the uplink DPCCH;
• and
• adjusting transmit power of the uplink DPCCH according to the power adjustment indication.

A method for sending a DPCCH, comprising:

• sending indication information to a UE, wherein the indication information indicates the UE activates a second carrier of dual cell high speed uplink packet access DC-HSUPA and periodically sends an uplink dedicated physical control channel DPCCH;
• and
• receiving the uplink DPCCH periodically sent by the UE on the second carrier of the DC-HSUPA.
