Polymer composition from mixed plastic waste

A process for obtaining a polymer composition from mixed small volume weight (between 0.1-0.4 t/m3) and large volume weight (more than 0.4 t/m3) plastic waste comprising steps of:

• (a) separating collected mixed plastic wastes from other waste flows,
• (b) baling the mixed plastic wastes,
• (c) separating the small volume weight and large volume weight plastic waste,
• (d) breaking up the plastic waste of small and large volume weight respectively,
• (e) separating non-plastic waste from the plastic waste of small and large volume weight respectively,
• (f) preparing first raw material of polymer composition from the plastic waste of small volume weight of step e) through steps comprising of:
• compacting the plastic waste of small volume weight;
• and
• homogenizing the compacted mass,
• (g) preparing second raw material of polymer composition from the plastic waste of large volume weight of step e) through steps comprising of:
• drying the plastic waste of large volume weight;
• and
• homogenizing the plastic waste,
• (h) mixing the first raw material and the second raw material;
• and
• (i) adding a mixture comprising of polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP) and additive selected from a group comprising of pigments in PE-carrier, UV protective agents, antioxidants, foaming agent, mineral and structure supplementing additives, glass fiber substances, textile fiber substances, mineral additives and any combination thereof, to the mixture of step (h),
