Abstract
IVIG replacement compounds are derived from recombinant and/or biochemical creation of immunologically active biomimetic(s). These replacement compounds are then screened in vitro to assess each replacements compound's efficiency at modulating immune function. Particular replacement compounds are selected for further in vivo validation and dosage/administration optimization. Finally, the replacement compounds are used to treat a wide range of diseases, including inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

1-170. (canceled)
A core stradomer comprising a core moiety linked to at least two core stradomer units, wherein each of said at least two core stradomer units comprises at least one Fc domain, and
- wherein the core stradomer specifically binds to at least two Fcγ receptors through said at least two core stradomer units.
A core stradomer comprising six core stradomer units wherein each of said six core stradomer units comprises one or more IgG Fc domains comprising a hinge, a CH2 domain, a CH3 domain, and a C-terminal IgM CH4 domain wherein said C terminal IgM CH4 domain results in the self-aggregation of the IgG Fc domains to form a biomimetic capable of binding multiple FcγRs.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
