Abstract
A system, apparatus and method for enhancing documents, including using a graphical capture device, are described herein.

A computer-implemented method comprising:
- receiving, by a computing device and from a server, a plurality of game events for a game that is associated with a rendered document;
- and
- processing each game event of the plurality of game events, the processing of each game event comprising:
- presenting, by a display associated with the computing device, user instructions related to the game event;
- receiving, from a capture device associated with the computing device, a captured region of the rendered document;
- determining, by the computing device, whether the captured region of the rendered document corresponds to a correct response for the game event;
- and
- in response to the determining, updating, by the computing device, a current game status of the game.

A computer-readable storage device storing software including instructions executable by one or more computers which, upon such execution, cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
- receiving, by a computing device and from a server, a plurality of game events for a game that is associated with a rendered document;
- and
- processing each game event of the plurality of game events, the processing of each game event comprising:
- presenting, by a display associated with the computing device, user instructions related to the game event;
- receiving, from a capture device associated with the computing device, a captured region of the rendered document;
- determining, by the computing device, whether the captured region of the rendered document corresponds to a correct response for the game event;

- in response to the determining, updating, by the computing device, a current game status of the game.

- presenting, by a display associated with the computing device, user instructions related to the game event;
