A traffic load distribution method comprising:

• determining network load information indicating a traffic load in a backhaul between an own station and a core network;
• and
• executing distribution of traffic loads among radio base stations on the basis of the determined network load information and network load information received from an adjacent radio base station.

A non-transitory storage medium storing a traffic load distribution program that causes a computer to execute:

• processing for determining network load information indicating a traffic load in a backhaul between an own station and a core network;
• and
• processing for executing distribution of traffic loads among radio base stations on the basis of the determined network load information and network load information received from an adjacent radio base station.
