Abstract
A solar battery controller is provided which includes a solar battery module that is mounted on a moving object, a control unit that calculates a maximum power point of the solar battery module, and a speed detecting unit that detects a speed of the moving object. The control unit controls a maximum power point calculating timing depending on the speed of the moving object.
Claims8
A solar battery controller comprising:
- a solar battery module that is mounted on a moving object;
- a control unit that calculates a maximum power point of the solar battery module;
- and
- a speed detecting unit that detects a speed of the moving object,
- wherein the control unit controls a maximum power point calculating timing depending on the speed of the moving object,
- further comprising a light intensity detecting unit that detects a variation of light intensity applied to the solar battery module,
- wherein the control unit calculates the maximum power point on the basis of the variation of the light intensity.
- wherein the solar battery module includes a plurality of solar battery clusters and each of the plurality of solar battery clusters is provided with the light intensity detecting unit.
