Abstract
According to one embodiment, a photoelectric conversion element includes a photoelectric conversion layer, a first electrode, and a first layer. The photoelectric conversion layer includes a material having a perovskite structure. The first electrode includes polyethylene dioxythiophene. The first layer is provided between the photoelectric conversion layer and the first electrode. The first layer has hole transport properties. The hygroscopicity of the first layer is lower than a hygroscopicity of the photoelectric conversion layer.
Claims19
A photoelectric conversion element, comprising:
- a photoelectric conversion layer including a material having a perovskite structure;
- a first electrode including polyethylene dioxythiophene;
- and
- a first layer provided between the photoelectric conversion layer and the first electrode, the first layer having hole transport properties,
- a hygroscopicity of the first layer being lower than a hygroscopicity of the photoelectric conversion layer.
A method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element, the element including a photoelectric conversion layer, a first electrode, and a first layer, the photoelectric conversion layer including a material having a perovskite structure, the first layer being provided between the photoelectric conversion layer and the first electrode and having hole transport properties, a hygroscopicity of the first layer being lower than a hygroscopicity of the photoelectric conversion layer, the method comprising:
- forming the first layer by coating a coating liquid on the photoelectric conversion layer;
- and
- forming the first electrode by coating an ethanol aqueous solution including a first material on the first layer.
