Organic light-emitting device

An organic light-emitting device, comprising:

• a first electrode;
• a second electrode facing the first electrode;
• an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode;
• a hole transport region between the first electrode and the emission layer;
• and
• an electron transport region between the second electrode and the emission layer,
• wherein the hole transport region includes a first compound represented by one of Formulae 1A, 1B, and 1C, and
• the electron transport region includes a second compound represented by one of Formulae 40A and 40B:
• wherein, in Formulae 1A, 1B, 1C, 40A, and 40B,
• X41 is N or C-(L41)a41-(R41)b41, X42 is N or C-(L42)a42-(R42)b42, X43 is N or C-(L43)a43-(R43)b43, X44 is N or C-(L44)a44-(R44)b44, and at least one selected from X41 to X44 is N;
• X51 is N or C-(L51)a51-(R51)b51, X52 is N or C-(L52)a52-(R52)b52, X53 is N or C-(L53)a53-(R53)b53, and at least one selected from X51 to X53 is N;
• L1 to L12 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 heteroarylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted divalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and a substituted or unsubstituted divalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group;
• L41 to L46 and L51 to L57 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 arylene group, and a substituted or unsubstituted divalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group;
• a1 to a12, a41 to a46, and a51 to a57 are each independently an integer selected from 0 to 3;
• Ar1 to Ar8, R41 to R46, and R51 to R57 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group;
• Ar1 and Ar2 are optionally linked to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring, Ar3 and Ar4 are optionally linked to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring, Ar5 and Ar6 are optionally linked to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring, and Ar7 and Ar8 are optionally linked to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring;
• at least one of R41 to R46 or at least one of R51 to R57 is selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 heteroaryl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group;
• b1 to b8, b41 to b46, and b51 to b57 are each independently an integer selected from 1 to 4;
• R1 to R12 and R58 to R60 are each independently selected from a hydrogen, a deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, a phosphoric acid group or a salt thereof, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 arylthio group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C60 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group, and —Si(Q1)(Q2)(Q3);
• R1, and R12 are optionally linked to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring;
• c1 to c10 are each independently an integer selected from 0 to 4;
• n1 to n4 and n7 to n10 are each independently an integer selected from 0 to 4, and n5 and n6 are each independently an integer selected from 0 to 5, provided that n1+n2+n3+n4 is 1 or more, n5+n6+n7+n8 is 1 or more, and n9+n10 is 1 or more;
• at least one of substituents of the substituted C3-C10 cycloalkylene group, substituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkylene group, substituted C3-C10 cycloalkenylene group, substituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkenylene group, substituted C6-C60 arylene group, substituted C1-C60 heteroarylene group, substituted divalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, substituted divalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group, substituted C1-C60 alkyl group, substituted C2-C60 alkenyl group, substituted C2-C60 alkynyl group, substituted C1-C60 alkoxy group, substituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, substituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, substituted C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, substituted C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, substituted C6-C60 aryl group, substituted C6-C60 aryloxy group, substituted C6-C60 arylthio group, substituted C1-C60 heteroaryl group, substituted monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and substituted monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group is selected from:

• a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C2-C60 alkenyl group, a C2-C60 alkynyl group, and a C1-C60 alkoxy group, each substituted with at least one selected from a deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, a phosphoric acid group or a salt thereof, a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, a C6-C60 aryloxy group(aryloxy), a C6-C60 arylthio group(arylthio), a C1-C60 heteroaryl group, a monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, a monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group, and —Si(Q11)(Q12)(Q13);
• a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, a C6-C60 aryloxy group, a C6-C60 arylthio group, a C2-C60 heteroaryl group, a monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and a monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group;
• a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, a C6-C60 aryloxy group, a C6-C60 arylthio group, a C1-C60 heteroaryl group, a monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and a monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group, each substituted with at least one selected from a deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, a phosphoric acid group or a salt thereof, a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C2-C60 alkenyl group, a C2-C60 alkynyl group, a C1-C60 alkoxy group, a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, a C6-C60 aryloxy group, a C6-C60 arylthio group, a C1-C60 heteroaryl group, a monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, a monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group, and —Si(Q21)(Q22)(Q23);
• and
• —Si(Q31)(Q32)(Q33), wherein Q1 to Q3, Q11 to Q13, Q21 to Q23, and Q31 to Q33 are each independently selected from a hydrogen, a deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an amino group, an amidino group, a hydrazine group, a hydrazone group, a carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof, a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof, a phosphoric acid group or a salt thereof, a C1-C60 alkyl group, a C2-C60 alkenyl group, a C2-C60 alkynyl group, a C1-C60 alkoxy group, a C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a C1-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a C6-C60 aryl group, a C1-C60 heteroaryl group, a monovalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and a monovalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group.
