Abstract
A method for analyzing three-dimensional image data of a target region of a subject, the method comprising identifying a region of interest within the target region containing imaging information predictive of a disease state of the target region, calculating at least two radiomic features associated with the region of interest, and classifying the region of interest based on the calculated radiomic features.
Claims25
A method for analyzing three-dimensional image data of a target region of a subject, the method comprising:
- identifying a region of interest within the target region containing imaging information predictive of a disease state of the target region;
- calculating at least two radiomic features associated with the region of interest;
- and
- classifying the region of interest based on the calculated radiomic features.
An apparatus for analyzing three-dimensional image data of a target region of a subject, the apparatus comprising:
- memory storing three-dimensional image data of the target region of the subject;
- and
- at least one processor communicating with the memory and analyzing the three-dimensional image data, the processor configured to:
- identify a region of interest within the target region containing imaging information predictive of a disease state associated with the target region;
- calculate at least two radiomic features associated with the target region;
- and
- classify the region of interest based on the calculated radiomic features.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon program code for execution by a computer to perform a method for analyzing three-dimensional image data of a target region of a subject comprising:
- identifying a region of interest within the target region containing imaging information predictive of a disease state of the target region;
- calculating at least two radiomic features associated with the region of interest;
- and
- classifying the region of interest based on the calculated radiomic features.
