Abstract
Embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for evaluating specification data of two or more components. In one embodiment, informational data, including specifications, provides details on these two or more components. The system then derives a set of interactions within these two or more components. From the informational data, in conjunction with interactions within the two or more components, it is determined whether one or more incompatibility issues exist. In instances where one or more incompatibility issues exist, the issue is highlighted and given a description.

- a computer readable storage medium and program instructions stored on the computer readable storage medium, the program instructions comprising:
- program instructions to receive informational data detailing two or more components;
- program instructions to derive a set of interactions within the two or more components;
- program instructions to evaluate the informational data in conjunction with interactions within the two or more components;
- program instructions to determine from the two or more components whether one or more incompatibility issues exist;
- and
- program instructions, responsive to determining that one or more incompatibility issues exist, to indicate through an interface, the one or more incompatibility issues.
A computer system for evaluating specification data of two or more components, the computer system comprising:
- one or more computer processors;
- one or more computer readable storage media;
- program instructions stored on the one or more computer readable storage media for execution by at least one of the one or more processors, the program instructions comprising:
- program instructions to receive informational data detailing two or more components;
- program instructions to derive a set of interactions within the two or more components;
- program instructions to evaluate the informational data in conjunction with interactions within the two or more components;
- program instructions to determine from the two or more components whether one or more incompatibility issues exist;
- and
- program instructions to, responsive to determining that one or more incompatibility issues exist, indicate through an interface, the one or more incompatibility issues.
