Automatic task execution on mobile devices

A computer program product for automatic task execution on a mobile device, comprising a computer readable storage medium having program code embodied therewith, the program code is executable by a processor to:

• identify one or more hardware resources on the mobile device;
• identify one or more patterns for each of the one or more hardware resources;
• generate one or more composite patterns recognizable by the mobile device based on the one or more patterns;
• identify one or more operations that can be performed via the mobile device;
• and
• receive via a user-interface an association between at least one of the one or more patterns and the one or more composite patterns and an execution of at least one of the one or more operations.

A mobile device having a processor configured to perform automatic task execution;

• wherein the processor is configured to:
• identify one or more hardware resources on the mobile device;
• identify one or more patterns for each of the one or more hardware resources;
• generate one or more composite patterns recognizable by the mobile device based on the one or more patterns;
• identify one or more operations that can be performed via the mobile device;
• and
• receive via a user-interface an association between at least one of the one or more patterns and the one or more composite patterns and an execution of at least one of the one or more operations.
