A compound of Formula I
- wherein
- X is N and Y is C, or X is C and Y is N;
- R1 is OH or OR5, wherein R5 is lower alkyl, acyl, CH2OCOCH3, or a prodrug;
- R2 is alkyl, alkylaryl, arylheteroaryl, or heteroaryl;
- R3 is H or lower alkyl;
- and
- R4 is H or lower alkyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
