Abstract
A sealed structural body has an internal space and is made of glass, wherein at least a part of a boundary between the internal space of the sealed structural body and the outside is separated by a sealing material containing a metal material and a lead-free oxide glass. The lead-free oxide glass contains at least one of element Ag or P, Te, and V.
Claims12
A sealed structural body including an internal space and made of glass, wherein:
- at least a part of a boundary between the internal space of the sealed structural body and an outside is separated by a sealing material containing a metal material and a lead-free oxide glass, the lead-free oxide glass containing Te, V, and at least one of element Ag or P.
A method for manufacturing a sealed structural body, the method comprising:
- a step of coating a glass member with a paste containing a metal material and a lead-free oxide glass;
- a step of forming an internal space between a plurality of glass members by stacking the plurality of glass members with a side coated with the paste facing inward;
- a step of irradiating the paste with laser;
- and
- a step of bonding the glass members by a sealing material formed by the lead-free oxide glass and the metal material, the lead-free oxide glass having been made soft and flowable by the laser irradiation,
- wherein the lead-free oxide glass contains Te, V, and at least one of element Ag or P
- the sealing material is formed by the lead-free oxide glass filling gaps of the metal material.
