The device to contain and deliver fluid substances comprises: a container (2, 2′) comprising a housing (20, 20′) suitable for containing a substance (S, S′) to be delivered; a feed element (3, 3′) for feeding the substance (S, S′) outside the container (2, 2′), including a piston portion (4, 4′) inserted inside the housing (20, 20′) of the container (2, 2′), and a conveyance portion (5, 5′) connected to the piston portion (4, 4′); a dispenser cap (6, 6′) connected to the conveyance portion and such as to push the piston portion (4, 4′) into the housing (20, 20′) of the container (2, 2′) and to deliver the substance (S, S′); at least one element (7, 7′) to guide the movement of the piston portion (4, 4′) into the housing (20, 20′) of the container (2, 2′); wherein the piston portion (4, 4′) of the feed element (3, 3′) is operated only manually by acting onto the dispensing cap (6, 6′).
A device to contain and deliver fluid substances, comprising:
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rod (70, 70′) is arranged coaxially with respect to the housing (20, 20′) of the container (2, 2′).
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the container (2, 2′) comprises an outer side wall (24, 24′), separate and distinct from a side wall (22, 22′) of the housing (20, 20′) containing the substance (S, S′) to be delivered.
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (20, 20′) containing the substance (S, S′) and the piston portion (4, 4′) of the feed element (3, 3′) are shaped in such a way as to allow all said substance (S, S′) to be delivered by manually actuating said piston portion (4, 4′) a single time.
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (20, 20′) containing the substance (S, S′) to be delivered has a volume of less than 15 ml.
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (20, 20′) of the container (2, 2′) has a cylindrical shape and the piston portion (4, 4′) of the feed element (3, 3′) is disc-shaped so as to be sealingly introduced against the side wall (22, 22′) of said housing (20, 20′) of the container (2, 2′) and to move coaxially relative to said housing (20, 20′), and in that the conveyance portion (5, 5′) centrally branches off from said piston portion (4, 4′) and has at least the channel (50, 50′) for delivering the substance (S, S′).
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dispenser cap (6, 6′) comprises closure means (67, 67′) for an end mouth (52, 52′) of said conveyance portion (5, 5′) of the feed element (3, 3′), suitable to let said end mouth (52, 52′) open/closed, and in that said dispenser cap (6, 6′) is rotatingly connected to the feed element (3, 3′) between an opening position, wherein a pipe (60, 60′) of the dispenser cap (6, 6′) is in communication with said conveyance portion (5, 5′) of the feed element (3, 3′), and a closing position, wherein said end mouth (52, 52′) of the conveyance portion (5, 5′) is closed by said closure means (67, 67′) of the dispenser cap (6, 6′).
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dispenser cap (6, 6′) comprises an upper wall (63, 63′) and at least one side wall (64, 64′), the container (2, 2′) comprising an outer side wall (24, 24′), and in that said side wall (64, 64′) of the dispenser cap (6, 6′) and said outer wall (24, 24′) of the container (2, 2′) are shaped in such a way that a portion of said side wall (64, 64′) of the dispenser cap (6, 6′) covers and slides along at least one portion of the outer wall (24, 24′) of the container (2, 2′).
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the feed element (3, 3′) is suitable to feed the substance (S, S′) outside the container (2, 2′) by a single handling of the piston portion (4, 4′) from a first, raised starting position, when the container (2, 2′) is completely filled with the substance (S, S′), to a second, lowered ending position, when the container (2, 2′) is substantially empty.
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide element (7, 7′) is suitable to allow said piston portion (4, 4′) only to translate axially relative to said housing (20, 20′) of said container (2, 2′), and in that said connection element (65, 65′) connecting said dispenser cap (6, 6′) to said feed element (3, 3′) is suitable to allow said dispenser cap (6, 6′) to translate axially relative to said housing (20, 20′) of the container (2, 2′) along with said piston portion (4, 4′) and also to rotate around a central axis of said piston portion (4, 4′).
A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the dispenser cap (6′) comprises at least one partitioning element (80′) splitting up the delivery of the substance (S′), comprising a lower edge (81′) forming at least two consecutive steps (81′A, 81′B, 81′C) suitable to come in contact with at least one end-of-stroke counter element (82′) provided in the container (2′).
