A method of treating pain in a subject, the method comprising parenterally administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound having a formula of

A method of treating pain in a subject, the method comprising:
- a) parenterally administrating to the subject a first dose of a pharmaceutical composition comprising 0.15 mg to 4 mg of a compound having a formula of

- and
- b) parenterally administrating a second dose of a pharmaceutical composition comprising about 0.01 mg to about 250 mg of a compound having a formula of
