Abstract
In one aspect, a temperature detection circuit includes a first circuit configured to provide a first signal and a comparator circuit configured to provide a warning signal in response to the first signal if a temperature reaches a temperature value. The first signal enables determination of a parameter of a magnetic sensor.
Claims21
A temperature detection circuit comprising:
- a first circuit configured to provide a first signal, wherein the first signal enables determination of a parameter of a magnetic sensor;
- and
- a comparator circuit configured to provide a warning signal in response to the first signal if a temperature reaches a temperature value.
A magnetic sensor, comprising:
- a magnetic field sensing circuit comprising a magnetic field sensing element coupled to an electronic circuit configured to generate an output signal;
- a magnet configured to generate opposing magnetic fields;
- a first circuit configured to provide a first signal to enable determination of a parameter of the magnetic sensor;
- and
- a comparator circuit configured to provide a warning signal in response to the first signal if a temperature reaches a temperature value,
- wherein the magnetic sensor is configured to generate the output signal in response to the magnetic fields interacting with gear teeth.
