Abstract
A keg dispenser for dispensing and housing a beverage contained within a keg the dispenser comprising an upper column, a keg compartment, and a spigot. The dispenser allows the user to switch from one type of beverage to another with minimal adjustments all while maintaining an eye pleasing yet compact design.
Claims19
A beverage dispensing apparatus comprising:
- an upper column, said upper column comprising one or more doors around the upper column said one or more doors pivot around the upper column about one vertical axis of the dispenser;
- a spigot, said spigot concealed when said one or more doors around the upper column are closed;
- and
- a keg compartment
- wherein the vertical axis is in a center of the dispenser.
A beverage dispensing apparatus comprising:
- an upper column, said upper column containing a spigot and one or more doors that automatically open or close at the discretion of a user to expose or conceal said spigot and a keg compartment.
A beverage dispensing apparatus comprising:
- an upper column;
- a keg compartment;
- a spigot;
- and
- an air compressor wherein the air compressor is integrated into the dispenser's electrical or power circuit.
A beverage dispensing apparatus comprising:
- an upper column;
- a keg compartment;
- a spigot;
- and
- a flash heater wherein at the point of dispense the heater is activated in order to dispense liquids at warmer temperature than what they are stored.
A beverage dispensing apparatus comprising:
- an upper column;
- a keg compartment;
- and
- a spigot, wherein said spigot comprises an electronically controlled valve in an effort to limit or control through administrative privilege the use of said dispenser.
The beverage dispensing apparatus of clam 13 wherein the valve is a ball valve.
A beverage dispensing apparatus comprising:
- an upper column, said upper column comprising of one or more doors around the upper column, said one or more doors pivot about a horizontal axis over the upper column;
- a spigot, said spigot concealed when said one or more doors around the upper column are closed;
- and
- a keg compartment
- wherein the horizontal axis runs along a center of a vertical cross section of the upper column.
