The present invention provides a trough used for feeding power to a traveling body in a noncontact manner, a paved structure, and a method of constructing the paved structure. The trough 1a used for a paved structure 5 feeding power to a power receiver provided in a traveling body 2 through an electromagnetic wave, includes: a trough body 10a having a trough depression 100 extending in the direction in which the traveling body 2 runs; a magnetic member 11 laid in the trough depression 100; a power feeding body 12 laid on the magnetic member 11 to feed power to the power receiver through an electromagnetic wave; and a power feeding body protector 13 laid in the trough depression 100 to cover the power feeding body 12.
