Touch screen display device

A touch screen display device, comprising:

• a transparent substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to said first surface;
• a protective layer disposed on said transparent substrate and adjacent to said second surface;
• a black matrix made of a non-transparent material and disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate;
• a plurality of color filters which are disposed on said first surface of said transparent substrate;
• a touch sensor disposed on said second surface;
• and
• at least one flexible circuit board electrically connected to said touch sensor, wherein said flexible circuit board includes a connecting region, and at least one alignment pattern disposed on said connecting region, wherein said second surface has a first region overlapping with said connecting region, at least one alignment mark is disposed on said first region, and said alignment pattern is corresponding to said alignment mark.
