This invention consists of a system to minimize the cost and consumption of energy and water for hot water users which comprises: (a) a storage tank, which has a plurality of chambers connected in series, arranged one above the other, each one with a water inlet/outlet contiguous to the adjacent chamber. Additionally, the tank also includes a water supply inlet and an outlet pipe for its provision of water at a given temperature to the required service (shower head, faucet, etc.); (b) solenoid valves on each of the cold and hot water supply lines, which are connected to the tank's first chamber; (c) an algebraic thermometer, placed in the first chamber, which detects the water temperature along the first chamber and sends an electric signal to a controller; and (d) a controller, which includes a dispenser (metering unit), as well as an electric signal input coming from the thermometer and an electric signal output that is sent to the hot and cold solenoid valves.
A device for the control and supply of water at a given temperature, coming from a water heater comprising:
An algebraic thermometer, capable of measuring the average temperature along a tank;
A tank to separate hot water from cold water and place cold water over hot water by means of a plurality of chambers interconnected in series, arranged one above the other, separated by a plurality of chamber delimiters, each chamber having a bottom water inlet/outlet contiguous to the adjacent chamber. Additionally, the tank also includes a water supply inlet and an outlet pipe for its provision of water at a given temperature to the required service (shower head, faucet, etc.);
