• and
• R4 is hydrogen or methyl;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof, wherein:
• R1 and R2 are each independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
• and
• R3, R4, and R5 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof, wherein:
• R1 is hydrogen or methyl;
• R2 is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
• and
• R3 is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof and
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof.

• X is alkoxy, aryloxy, substituted amino, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl;
• R1 is hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
• R2 is hydrogen or methyl;
• and
• is a single bond or a double bond, wherein two double bonds are not adjacent.
