Novel Compositions and Methods for Treating Cancer

A method of treating cancer in a patient in need of such treatment, said method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound having the formula:

• R1A is independently hydrogen,
• halogen, —CX1A3, —C(O)R7A, —C(O)—OR7A, —C(O)NR7AR8A, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R2A is independently hydrogen,
• halogen, —CX2A3, —C(O)R9A, —C(O)—OR9A, —C(O)NR9AR10A, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R1A and R2A are optionally joined to form a substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R3 is independently hydrogen, halogen, —CX33, —CN, —SO2Cl, —SO1R14, —SOkNR11R12, —NHNH2, —ONR11R12, —NHC═(O)NHNH2,
• —NHC═(O)NR11R12, —N(O)m, —NR11R12, —C(O)R13, —C(O)—OR13, —O—C(O)—R13, —C(O)NR11R12, —NR11C(O)R13, —OR14, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R7A, R8A, R9A, R10A, R11, R12, R13, and R14 are independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• A1 is independently ═N— or ═CR3—;
• k and m are independently 1 or 2;
• n is independently an integer from 0 to 4;
• z1 is independently an integer from 0 to 3;
• and
• X1A, X2A, and X3 are independently —Cl, —Br, —I, or —F.
