Wildlife exclusion systems and methods for railway tracks

A wildlife exclusion system, the wildlife exclusion system comprising:

• a first exclusion arrangement including a series of conductive elements spaced apart from each other to form a first exclusion area configured to provide an electric shock to wild animals when particular conductive elements within the first exclusion area are bridged thereby;
• and
• a second exclusion arrangement including a series of conductive elements spaced apart from each other to form a second exclusion area configured to provide an electric shock to wild animals when particular conductive elements within the second exclusion area are bridged thereby, and
• wherein the first exclusion arrangement is arranged relative to the second exclusion arrangement to define a corridor between the first and second exclusion arrangements for the passage of animal wildlife.
