- a core that includes at least one yarn of a multifilament textile fibre embedded in an organic matrix;
- and
- an outer layer that includes a metal wire wound around and in contact with the core.
A tyre comprising at least one bead wire, each bead wire including:
- a core that includes at least one yarn of a multifilament textile fibre embedded in an organic matrix;
- and
- an outer layer that includes a metal wire wound around and in contact with the core.
